Januari 24, 2013 - Decided on Desamuda for our honeymoon after having a hard time choosing among many villas offered! It was a great choice! Awesome vicinity and surrounding....Nice and serene. The private villa was great...The pool was just nice size for the two of us... Grabbed the honeymoon package... the candle light dinner was great... had our personal chef to cook for us... the villa was decorated with flowers in the pool and all...the ambience was unforgettable...Clean sheets... clean surrounding...

Januari 6, 2013 - We stayed 2 nights in a deluxe pool villa, celebrating our anniversary. We had reserved a regular pool villa and they bumped us up to the deluxe one. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and very private. The staff were very sweet and helpful. We decided to have the special candlelight dinner at our villa. In the afternoon, we received a large bouquet of flowers with an anniversary card signed by the whole staff. In the evening, they came to the villa, lit candles all around, filled the pool with flower petals and a floating floral heart, and cooked a 4 course dinner, including a heart shaped cake. It was just magical. The staff car can take you for free to the beach, which is about 2 minutes away. You can also walk to lots of stores, yet the property is totaly private and quiet. Tips Kamar: The deluxe pool villa is totally private. The regular pool villas have rooms that overlook them.

Desember 29, 2012 - Tucked away in Seminyak area ... It's hidden from the road, but easy walking distance to all the up-and-coming shops and cafes in the area. Stayed in a three-bedroom pool villa, so it's very spacious. The staff are friendly,

Desember 24, 2012 - I stayed 3 nights at Desamuda Village with my family (2 adults and 3 children) and we took a 2 storey villa with 2 bedrooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean and we liked the decor of the villa. We slept very well on the beds. They provide a shuttle service to take you along the Kuta - Legian - Seminyak stretch. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. Very friendly family run business. Will certainly return again.

Desember 22, 2012 - We arrived here by default after a dreadful experience with a villa called Tamu Seseh.. I'll write about that terrible experience later..
For us, Desamuda was heaven, a safe, clean and tidy place where the staff were genuinely helpful, honest, and happy to have us stay with them.. It was close to everything in Seminyak, the breakfasts were included in the very reasonable room tariff and were good, we had the chef make banana crepes each morning and they were great. The room has its own pool and kitchen, the beds and amenities were comfortable and everything was in good condition. I would recommend this as a good place to stay for anyone.

Desember 7, 2012 - I was recommended Desamuda by a friend. The ONLY negativity I can point out is the lobby area and entrance. It is on one of the main streets of Seminyak and you need to keep an eye out for the sign before actually noticing where the villa is. The lobby area could be better but it's something I can't complain about. They're currently refurnishing one side of the villa so it will only get better - this didn't distract my stay. Very quiet construction I must say. The rooms/villa itself was AMAZING. Absolutely jaw dropping when I walked in. It has an outside bathroom, private pool, kitchen and the bedroom was fab also. Every time we went out my partner and I could not wait to go back. Service was fantastic, room was cleaned every day. I would stay here again next time I'm in Bali, no doubt. The people are lovely. hey also provide free shuttle bus to wherever you want to go. Location is quite good. Restaurants are everywhere and if you continue walking down the street you will hit a few market stores. Closer to the villa are actual clothing stores. Thank you Desamuda, you've made my trip extremely enjoyable. Will 110% recommend to anyone. Tips Kamar: Choose a room with a private pool, this will make your stay!

August 27, 2012 - A very big thank you to you and all of your staff for a wonderful stay at Desamuda Villa 26. The Villa was much nicer than the photos on the web pages, extremely well presented and clean and the gardens are beautiful. I will certainly recommend your property to friends. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

September 7, 2012 - I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you both for looking after Sue and I so well again during this trip....your team are exceptional and they have done everything to ensure our simple needs are not just met, but exceeded Thank you also for the flowers in our room....they are stunning, certainly not expected but blissfully appreciated...one million thanks! We have a couple of days left here in your beautiful resort and in the 10 minutes we are working, we are truly enjoying the villa experience! We look forward to catching up again really soon....it looks like we will be returning to Bali often over the coming years!

August 16, 2012 - Hi we have just arrived home to Perth after staying with you for the last 5 nights we had the best time every all the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Service was the best we have ever had and we had such a great time that we are now going to make it a yearly trip.

September 03, 2011 - We stayed in a 1BR pool villa, which was great for us with a 2YO. Our toddler just shared the king bed with us and the doors were all key lockable so we didn't stress about the pool. Staff were very receptive and helpful and it was good value for $. the food was really ordinary except for the egg chef - great omelettes.

September 03, 2011 - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus service which we were able to take to the beach or shops everyday. It felt like a small tranquil oasis with beautiful gardens in the heart of a busy and bustling Seminyak shopping district. The location and easy walking distance to all the popular restaurants and shops. We loved the open-plan feel of our three bedroomed villa surrounding the pool. It was a perfect stay for our first visit to Bali and we will be back for sure.

September 02, 2011 - We stayed here for 3 nights in the deluxe pool villa... it was amazing! The outside bathroom was gorgeous and the pool was the perfect size for the 2 of us. It was in a central location close enough to botique shops and only a 5 minute bike ride in legian. Would definately stay here again.

August 19, 2011 - The staff was amazing, it was on the main rd but still very quiet, great service
The hotel was wonderful. They upgraded out villa to the two betdroom so we had a balcony. The Private pool was wonderful. THe room was clean and there was free turndown service every night. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was great. We could not have had a better time.
Restaurant Tip : The Pearl Restaurant has excellent food. It is a little off the beaten path but well worth the hike. ALso Jari Manari has great massages!

August 18, 2011 - The hotel was in a great location & the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our deluxe pool villa was fantastic and was kept extremely clean every day. The pool was lovely and relaxing, the food very nice and the free shuttle service to local bars, spas and restaurants was a great addition. We would come back again in the future!

August 16, 2011- Great Hotel. Lovely private villas with small swimming pools. Staff warm and friendly, but lack of spoken English knowledge is a major irritant, as it takes forever to communicate and understand even simple requests. Good and adequate breakfast. Quite centrally located for shopping, night clubs, restaurants and the Kuta beach. They have a free shuttle to the beach for drop off only, unfortunately no pick up. Restaurant pricing is quite steep. Please pay in us dollars or by credit card only as the rate the hotel follows for conversion of us dollars to Indonesian Rupiah is very low as compared to the market rate. The hotel has a very boutique feel to it, with superb garden/landscaping. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all category of travelers, and definitely return to stay here, the next time we are in Bali....cheers
